Well, it looks like I'm never going to get the time or resources to build either Woodbike or Woodtrike, but that doesn't mean the design project can't continue. Hence Woodtrike 1.0 is here! It's a preliminary scale sketch at this stage, nothing flash. I've yet to work out how the crank spar will adjust, just what will be inside the chainrace or even the angle of the steerer/axle bracket, but the design is evident and the idea might just work. Feel free to use either plan (Woodbike 1.5 or Woodtrike 1.0) and build your own, but please note, these are untested designs and I can accept no responsibility, nor make any warranty, for issues arising out of the construction of beasties. Now you may download the drawing below, or any others from this site.
